These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Purposix Private Limited ("Purposix", "we", "us", "our"), including but not limited to VitaranLink, BillMitra POS, and InstituteDesk. By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Account
- You must be 18 years or older and capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of registration information and for safeguarding your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
Purposix offers monthly and yearly subscription plans. Yearly plans are billed upfront at a 2-month discount versus monthly billing. Prices are displayed in INR by default and may be auto-converted to USD, EUR, GBP, AED, SGD, AUD, or CAD at indicative rates; the final amount charged is in the currency confirmed at checkout.
3. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by our authorised payment partners. Depending on your region and chosen plan, your transaction may be processed by one or more of:
- Razorpay Software Private Limited — domestic Indian payments (UPI, cards, net-banking, wallets).
- Cashfree Payments India Private Limited — domestic Indian payments and payouts.
- Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. / Stripe, Inc. — international card and wallet payments.
By submitting payment information you authorise Purposix and its payment partners to charge the applicable amount, including any taxes, to your selected payment method. You agree to abide by the terms of the relevant payment partner. Purposix does not store full card details on its own servers.
4. Renewals & Cancellation
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. You may cancel from your account dashboard or by emailing support@purposix.com. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Acceptable Use
- You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the Services without our written consent.
- You may not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or use the Services to violate the rights of others.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in fraud, chargeback abuse, or violation of these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, software, and content forming part of the Services are owned by Purposix or its licensors. You retain ownership of data you submit; you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Services.
7. Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice and emergency maintenance without notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Purposix's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Purposix harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolhapur, Maharashtra.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-product notice. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
